Zero Strain Massage
I specialise in providing Zero Strain massage. This is a beautiful massage technique that provides a deeper massage whilst still being a relaxing experience, with no strain for me as a therapist or you as a client. I absolutely do not believe in 'no pain, no gain' for massage. If it hurts, something needs to change!
I offer appointments in time blocks rather than body parts, allowing you the flexibility of having more time spent on the part of the body you need
As well as the more traditional oil based massage, I offer clothed massage including a treatment called REFLEX. This is a treatment predominantly aimed at the feet but starts on the back (or belly), works down the legs and finishes with the feet. The first half of the treatment is all delivered through the blanket with direct contact only for the feet. Clothed massage is an excellent option if you have never experienced massage before and want a gentle starting point or if you don't like to have oils as part of your treatment

Hot Stone Massage

Menopause Massage
Experience relief from menopausal symptoms with a specialised massage designed to address the physical and emotional changes during this transitional phase.
This treatment is a full body massage including head and face with some acupressure to help relieve your symptoms.
